In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "92pak3" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 92pak3 online gaming platform, its operators, and all affiliated entities responsible for operating the website accessible at 92pak3.net.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the 92pak3 platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created on the 92pak3 platform through which all gaming, betting, and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Services" means the full range of online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional programmes, and support services made available through the 92pak3 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which all player balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on the 92pak3 platform are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process 92pak3 is required to conduct under its licensing obligations before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary.

By accessing the 92pak3 platform in any capacity — whether by browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules or policies published by 92pak3, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 92pak3. If you do not agree to any provision of these terms, you are not authorised to use the platform and must cease access immediately.

These terms are written in English, which shall be the sole governing language. Any translation provided for convenience shall not affect the interpretation or enforcement of these terms.

To register and use the 92pak3 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 92pak3 strictly prohibits use of its services by anyone under 21. This age threshold is non-negotiable and is actively enforced through KYC verification.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Account sharing or use of the platform to facilitate gambling by another person is prohibited.

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one account on the 92pak3 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times by notifying 92pak3 of any changes promptly.

92pak3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport)
• Proof of address (recent utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash/EasyPaisa account registered in your name)
• Source of funds documentation where legally required

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time frame will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and may lead to account closure. You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. 92pak3 will never ask for your password.

All deposits and withdrawals on 92pak3 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 92pak3 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Raast instant payments. The minimum deposit is Rs 100 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 500 for bank transfer methods.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as they are confirmed by the payment processor. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer deposits may take 15 to 30 minutes during business hours. 92pak3 does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by 92pak3 support.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied before the underlying real-money balance becomes withdrawable.
• 92pak3 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts.

92pak3 offers various promotional incentives to its players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP programme rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer and to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

The following general principles apply to all bonus offers on 92pak3:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first when placing wagers, unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period if requirements remain unmet.
• 92pak3 reserves the right to withhold or withdraw any bonus and any winnings derived from it if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or used in combination with other offers unless explicitly stated.

92pak3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practically possible.

All games available on the 92pak3 platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

92pak3 uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all virtual casino games. The integrity and fairness of these systems is subject to independent third-party auditing. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to those studios' own certification standards.

Players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner at all times. This includes interaction in live chat functions, which are subject to moderation. 92pak3 reserves the right to remove chat access or close accounts of players who engage in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour directed at staff or other players.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92pak3 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or that of a third party.

• Use of bots, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of influencing game outcomes or exploiting bonus structures.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or any illegal source.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a transaction with a payment provider after a deposit has been credited and used for wagering.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the 92pak3 platform, its servers, databases, or connected systems.
• Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by a person who is under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these terms.

All content on the 92pak3 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 92pak3 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purpose of personal entertainment. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the platform's content.
• Create derivative works based on the platform or any of its components.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software component of the platform.
• Use the 92pak3 name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.

Violation of these intellectual property rights may result in civil and criminal liability in addition to immediate account termination.

92pak3 is committed to protecting the personal information of its players. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data is governed by the 92pak3 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By agreeing to these terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Service interruptions, system errors, network failures, or technical malfunctions beyond 92pak3's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the platform or breach of these terms.

92pak3's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account during the 90-day period immediately preceding the date the claim arose, or Rs 10,000, whichever is lower.

This limitation of liability does not apply where prohibited by law or where 92pak3 has acted fraudulently or with gross negligence.

92pak3 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes to these terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. Where material changes are made that affect player rights or obligations, 92pak3 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players via email or platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account via the support team.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 92pak3 is licensed to operate. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, your use of the platform, or the services offered by 92pak3 shall be resolved in the following manner:

• Initial Contact: Any player with a concern or complaint must first contact the 92pak3 support team via live chat or email, providing a clear description of the issue. 92pak3 commits to responding within 48 hours.
• Escalation: If the issue is not resolved to the player's satisfaction through standard support channels, the player may escalate the matter in writing to the 92pak3 compliance team. The compliance team will review the case and provide a formal response within 14 business days.
• Independent Dispute Resolution: If the matter remains unresolved, the player may refer the dispute to the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service recognised by 92pak3's licensing jurisdiction. The ADR decision will be binding on both parties.

By agreeing to these terms, you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 92pak3. Any claim brought by you must be brought in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
